Policies and Regulations

Are there policies, practices, and procedures that you have found in a foreign country that you feel would improve the quality of life here in the US? (This is a survey I’m doing, so please feel free to express your answers! Thanks!)

How about dropping the drinking age to boost our economy?

   The US is the greatest country, and has been for ever….why would we want to adapt others policies? People look at us for ideas.

   Like President Obama stated in his speech, we should not be number 2, we need to be number 1.

   Geez! I guess Yak Rider doesn’t think it’s the greatest country because he thumbs me down.

   Adopt an immigration scheme similar to that used on Canada and Australia…. Immigrants are picked based on their education, skills, age, health and ability to adapt to Australian/Canadian society.
